A Smile for Your Life

Everyone deserves the confidence that comes with a healthy, beautiful smile.

Through A Smile for Your Life, the Get It Straight Gives Foundation helps provide orthodontic treatment for individuals throughout the Rochester, NY area who are facing financial hardships or unique life circumstances.

Since 2000, Get It Straight Orthodontics has proudly sponsored orthodontic care for more than 150 patients, giving children, teens, and adults the opportunity to achieve healthier smiles and greater self-confidence.

A Smile for Your Life is dedicated to creating confidence, inspiring hope, and improving lives through orthodontic care. A healthy smile can open doors, build self-esteem, and create new opportunities, and we're honored to help make that possible for deserving individuals in our community.

Who Can Apply?

This program is designed for individuals with financial challenges or special circumstances who could benefit from orthodontic treatment but may not otherwise have access to care. Applicants must complete an A Smile for Your Life application to be considered by the Get It Straight Gives Foundation.

Application Requirements

To help our Board of Directors fairly review every application, please include the following materials:

• Complete the A Smile for Your Life application in full.
• Submit no more than two letters of recommendation, each printed on official letterhead and limited to one page.
• Include a clear photo showing the applicant's teeth.
• Please note that all application materials become the property of the Get It Straight Gives Foundation and cannot be returned.
